If you just browse

You don't have to give us any data to see the site. We don't use analytics or social media pixels. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and the technical data of each visit (browser, page and time) to serve the site and protect it from attacks.

If you write to us

We use your email and what you tell us only to reply.

If you buy

Payment is made on the checkout page of Link, from Stripe. Link passes us the order data: your name, email, billing country and address, amount, taxes and order number (and phone or tax ID if you provide them). We use them to create your license, and we store the devices you sign in from (a random code and the browser type) and how many times you download each file, to give you access, mark the material with your email and keep the course from being shared. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Legal basis

If you write to us, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing. If you buy, the contract: without that data we can't give you access. The technical data of visits and the device and download checks are based on our legitimate interest in the site working and being secure and in protecting the material. And legal obligations, to keep what the law requires.

Who else processes it

As processors, Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the access data, and Brevo, which sends the course access emails and stores data in the European Union. Stripe and Link handle the payment data as controllers, under their own privacy policies. Cloudflare and Stripe may process data in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

How long

Emails you send us, for as long as it takes to deal with them. Purchase data, while you have access to the course and then until contractual claims and tax obligations expire.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@recortestudio.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
