Seller

Recortes Studio is the trading name of Oriol Cazorla Argente, Tax ID (NIF) 77749931H, Avinguda Reina Elisenda, 08695 Bagà (Barcelona), Spain, hola@recortestudio.com, who sells you the method. Payment is processed by Link, from Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: it charges the price, pays the taxes, sends you the receipt and the invoice and handles questions about the payment. By paying you also accept Link's terms (link.com/terms). Your bank statement will show LINK.COM* RECORTESTUDIO.COM.

What you buy

Access to the Recortes Studio method: video lessons, the Recortes engine, instructions for Claude, templates and guides, as described on the sales page, which also lists the technical requirements (computer, software and subscriptions) before you buy.

How to buy

1) Click "Buy" to go to Link's checkout page. 2) Enter your email and payment details; you can review and correct any of them on that page before paying. 3) Click the pay button. The contract is concluded in Spanish or English, depending on the language you buy in. We keep a record of your purchase and email you these terms; you can ask us for a copy at any time.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the page, taxes included, as a one-time payment. If there is a launch price, it applies until the date shown on the page; after that, the regular price applies. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and, depending on your country, other local methods. Link may show the price in your currency; you pay the amount you see before confirming. Purchases can't be made from China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Kosovo, Ascension Island or Tristan da Cunha.

Delivery

When the payment is done, you go straight into the course area and get an email with an access link. If you switch devices, you request a new link with your email on the sign-in page.

License

You can use the engine, instructions and templates to create and publish your own videos, including on monetized channels. What you can't do is resell, share or publish the course material. The license is personal: you can use it on up to 3 devices and download each file up to 10 times, and every page, document and download carries your email and order number. If the material is shared, we'll notify you before closing access. If the payment is refunded, access is closed.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you get access to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Write to hola@recortestudio.com or request a refund from Link support (support.link.com). You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but you don't have to. You'll be refunded everything you paid within 14 days at most, using the same payment method, and that license's access will be closed.

Legal guarantee

The content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 114 et seq. of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU): we're liable for any lack of conformity that exists when you get access and shows up within two years. If something isn't as described or doesn't work, write to us and we'll bring it into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. If that isn't possible, we don't do it within a reasonable time, the fault comes back or is serious, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract and get your money back (termination isn't available if the fault is minor).

Results

The method teaches you how to produce videos. It does not guarantee views or income, which depend on each channel and platform.

Complaints

For any question or complaint, write to hola@recortestudio.com. We answer complaints within one month at most. If we can't resolve your complaint, we'll tell you about a competent alternative dispute resolution body and whether we'll take part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the protection your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
